I’m a yoga teacher, massage therapist in training, houseplant enthusiast, and a lover of all things slow. Outside of teaching, you’ll usually find me curled up on the sofa, wandering about in nature, or showing up on the mat as a student myself.

Extended Evening Yoga

Mondays 6pm - 7.30pm | 90 minselected dates, 2-3x month

An extended gentle, embodied practice to support rest, recovery, and healing. A chance to check-in with your body and get out of your head. Drop into deep rest, and leave feeling nurtured + nourished.These classes will flow through a slow sequence of poses, with some extended holds in restorative shapes. Helping to ease any held tension, tapping you into how it feels in your body, rather than how it looks. Weaving through simple but effective breathwork practices that help to settle both the body & mind.

Soft Flow + Meditation | Grounding Afternoon Yoga

This isn’t yoga that will feel like a workout. This is yoga designed to help you soften and reconnect. A calm, supportive practice to steady the body, ease tension, and create space to breathe.You’re invited to come just as you are - messy, tired, stressed. It’s all human, and it’s all welcome here. This class emphasises the practice of noticing how things feel in your body, noticing if your mind wanders, and practising being okay with it all. Using the breath as an anchor.

Evening Ease |
Slow + Supportive Yoga

Thursdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm | 60 minweekly

Introduce a sense of ease to your Thursday evenings, offer yourself this opportunity to soften before the end of your week. A supportive flow that centres around a consistent core sequence, varying each month.Repeating a core sequence over consecutive weeks will enable you to move through postures with growing fluidity as you develop a greater breath-body awareness. Moving the body in time with the breath will help you tap into a peaceful flow state, one that subtly hushes any noisy chatter in the brain.
