Hi there, I’m Eva. I’m a Nottingham based yoga teacher, massage therapist, reiki practitioner, and lover of all things slow.Outside of this space, I can usually found wandering about in nature, curled up on the sofa with my cat, or rolling out my mat to practice as a student myself.

Based in Nottingham, I offer gentle, slow yoga classes, suitable for beginners and anyone looking for a more mindful approach to movement.These classes take a somatic, accessible approach, supporting nervous system balance, and can be especially helpful if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed or close to burnout.You can use the timetable below to book your place:

I currently offer classes across two areas of Nottingham:North Nottingham - Sherwood
Classes take place at The Place on Melrose Street, easily accessible from Carrington, Mapperley, Woodthorpe, Daybrook, Arnold, Bestwood and Basford.
There are great bus links from Nottingham City Centre, as well as free on-street parking nearby.
South Nottingham - Upper Saxondale
Classes take place at Upper Saxondale Village Hall, within easy reach of Radcliffe-on-Trent, Bingham, West Bridgford, Gamston, Cotgrave and surrounding villages.
There is a large, accessible free car park directly outside.

more about the classes I offer


The yoga classes I offer are gentle, supportive flows, focused on slowing things down and reconnecting to your breath and your body. They’re not designed to feel like a workout, but to leave you feeling softer, more grounded and relaxed, and a bit more like yourself again.Each class is a chance to step out of the noise of everything else. A space to breathe a little deeper and drop out of “doing mode”. Time set aside just for you, to just be. To rest, release tension, ease stiffness, relieve any aches and pains, and allow your mind to gently settle.I always encourage you to take things at your own pace and listen to what your body needs, even if that means having a nap. You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or feeling your best. There’s no pressure or performance here. We’re exploring how it feels, not how it looks.I’m there to guide you through it all, and you’re welcome to come exactly as you are.Yoga mats, blankets, and props are always provided.

A gentle, slow-paced class to break up your day, a lunchtime reset.
A chance to step away from whatever you’re doing and take a breather in the midst of it all.
You're invited to come just as you are, messy, tired, distracted, slightly frazzled. It’s all welcome here.Expect simple, slow movement, using the breath to guide the body through a gentle flow. We focus on the areas that tend to hold onto tension the most, helping to ease stiffness, aches and pains. This class isn't about moving your body in a certain way, but rather about noticing how your body feels as it moves. Noticing sensation in the body, the rhythm of your breath, thoughts drifting in and out, and gently allowing things to be as they are.You’ll leave feeling a little more settled, a little more spacious, and ready to meet whatever the rest of your day holds wrapped in a sense of calm.


Evening Ease | Gentle Slow Flow

A gentle, slow-paced evening class to help you slow things down at the end of your day. A calm, supportive practice to help you step away from everything else, an hour just for you.Expect simple, slow movement, with the breath guiding the body through a gentle flow. We focus on the areas that tend to hold onto tension the most, helping the body gradually soften and settle.
Especially helpful for easing any niggles that may have built up throughout your day or week.
This is a quieter practice, where you’re encouraged to move slowly, pause when you need to, and let things unwind at their own pace. As the body begins to settle, the mind often follows, without needing to force it.You’ll leave feeling softer, more settled, and ready for a quieter evening and a good night's sleep.


Regulate + Restore

An extended, gentle, embodied practice for rest, recovery, and healing. A chance to come back into your body and gently unhook from the noise of the mind.To rest deeply. To be held. To leave feeling nurtured and nourished.We’ll move slowly through a sequence of poses, with longer, restorative holds woven throughout. Supported by bolsters and props, held within a softly candlelit space, you’ll be invited to fully settle into each shape. Releasing tension and allowing a real sense of deep rest to emerge.Simple breathwork practices are woven through the class, helping to regulate and soothe the nervous system.This class is all about giving yourself the space to restore. Softening into stillness, noticing the quiet pulse of your body, allowing the mind to be gently lulled. A gentle way to close out your week.
